About Me

Amanda has dedicated her career to empowering women through wellness and self-care. She is passionate about helping you find a sustainable balance within your life and wellness practices so that you can feel the freedom that comes with prioritizing your own needs.

Amanda intuitively guides her clients through a flexible structure with gentle nutrition guidelines, stress management, and mental health practices and offers evidence-based advice for changes that support the client's goals. She collaborates with each client to determine the right care plan, adjusting as needed to ensure their new lifestyle is sustainable and enjoyable.

Amanda's mission is to guide every woman towards abundant self-worth, transforming their lives by helping them prioritize wellness. She believes every woman deserves to embrace who she is and put herself first.

Amanda obtained her bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University in West Chester, PA, and completed her Master's in Nutrition from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. Her dietetic internship program was with Aramark, and she passed her boards to become a Registered Dietitian in 2011.

Amanda lives in NJ with her two kids. She likes to exercise in her free time. Her favorite forms of exercise are group HIIT classes, yoga, and long walks or hikes. Amanda also likes reading, writing, meditating, and spending time with her friends and kids.
