Amie Forrey

Amie’s interest in nutrition started in her very first nutrition class, nutrition allows her to be analytical and creative. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as kidney disease, hypertension and disease prevention/wellness. Amie has additional passion for the areas of kidney disease and prevention of it's progression.

Amie believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a motivating, client centered approach. She feels that understanding the "why" and then allowing a person to determine what is important allows a person to make lasting, enjoyable changes to benefit their health

Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato and completed a Master’s Degree from University of Kansas.

Amie enjoys adventure and beach vacations, in addition to doing anything creative and wellness focused!
