About Me

I am a Filipina registered dietitian, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I practice from a weight-inclusive care perspective, offering inclusive, compassionate support that centers your lived experience. With deep respect for the role of culture, family, and history in how we eat, I celebrate food from all cultures and create space for clients to reconnect with nourishment without guilt or shame.

My work is rooted in curiosity, care, and the belief that all bodies deserve dignity and support. I earned my degree in dietetics from San Francisco State University in 2017 and completed my dietetic internship through Bluffton University in 2022. I bring a deep appreciation for the many ways food connects to identity, culture, and community. I’m committed to creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their unique journeys.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, sister, and pupperoni Mika, playing board games and video games, reading, and going to food festivals.
