About Me

Deb Orosz is a Certified Nutrition Specialist who empowers individuals to make lasting, nourishing changes without rigid rules or restrictive diets. She blends her background in functional nutrition with deep experience in integrative health, supporting clients through life stages including perimenopause and menopause, metabolic conditions like pre-diabetes and insulin resistance, digestive imbalances, food sensitivities, and chronic disease prevention. Deb’s approach is rooted in compassion, science, and the understanding that no two bodies—or lives—are the same. She’s passionate about helping clients develop a sustainable relationship with food that supports energy, balance, and overall vitality.

Deb takes a whole-body, personalized approach to care, addressing not just nutrition, but also movement, sleep, stress, emotional well-being, and the power of tuning into the body’s signals. She draws on her training in functional medicine and clinical nutrition to interpret advanced lab testing, design evidence-based plans, and offer practical, real-life strategies that feel empowering—not overwhelming. Deb holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health.. Her work is also shaped by her background as a chemical engineer, her long-time yoga practice, and certifications in Reiki and breathwork. When she’s not working with clients, Deb enjoys cooking, gardening, walking and trail running in nature, and spending time with her dogs doing agility competitions.
