About Me

Emi grew up, and initially practiced, in Japan (I'm bilingual!). After practicing for four years, she found myself wanting to explore furthering my own potential as a dietitian. So, she moved to America to pursue her Masters and RD licensure, which Emi did by attending Bastyr University in Washington State. One's diet includes many cultural aspects, so if you would like a dietitian familiar with Japanese or Asian style diet, she would love to work with you. Her goal as a dietitian is that you to enjoy food/meals. There is too much information as to whether certain foods are good or bad, and it is overwhelming. In Japan, it is believed that a broad ranging diet is a good thing!
