About Me

My interest in nutrition started with a simple but powerful question: why do we eat the way we do, and how can food help us feel our best? I’ve seen how often food becomes a source of stress, guilt, or fear—and my goal is to help change that. I believe food should be a powerful tool for healing, energy, and joy—not something to be constantly worried about. Over time, this belief has shaped my passion for a food-first approach to wellness. I’m committed to helping people reconnect with their bodies, understand their unique needs, and build a nourishing relationship with food that supports their long-term health.

I specialize in gut health, metabolic conditions, eating disorders, women’s health, and PCOS management, along with sustainable weight management. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and understood. Whether it’s rebuilding a healthy relationship with food, regulating hormones, or navigating complex health concerns, I’m here to guide with compassion, clarity, and strategies that work in real life.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients across clinical, wellness, and private practice settings. I blend evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle tools to help people feel better in their bodies and build habits that last. Outside of work, you’ll find me baking, lifting barbells, and eating croissants—because balance matters. I’m also a big advocate for wearable health tech and love using data to support meaningful progress.
