Hi there! I’m Abby Parker, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My journey into nutrition began as a personal one; living with Type I Diabetes has shown me firsthand how much our food choices influence our health and wellness. I want to empower others to feel their best through nutrition, just as I’ve learned to do for myself. I specialize in working with pre-diabetics, individuals managing diabetes, and those looking to lose weight. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by information and unsure of how to navigate their health journeys. Together, we’ll create realistic and tailored plans that fit seamlessly into your daily life, making it easier to make confident food choices. My approach is compassionate and intuitive, grounded in understanding your unique needs and challenges. In our early sessions, we’ll explore your relationship with food and set achievable goals that resonate with you. Over time, my aim is to help you feel less stressed about food decisions and more empowered in managing your health — ultimately leading to improved well-being and a sense of balance in your life. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, walking our dogs, and enjoying the beach. I’m excited to join you on your journey toward better health and wellness!
