About
Meet Abigail, a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of experience. Her goal is to help you go beyond symptom management. She works with the whole person -mind, body, spirit and lifestyle. Whether you are dealing with fatigue, hypertension, lipidemias, stress related symptoms, or emotional eating she is here to help you find clarity and confidence in your wellness journey. She is also experienced in enteral nutrition.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Medical Dietetics, along with a minor in Psychology, from Viterbo University. She has been practicing in long termcare and skilled nursing facilities for the past 10 years. She helps support individuals with acute illness as well as chronic conditions like high cholesterol, diabetes, kidney disease, and heart health diagnosis.
Abigail especially enjoys helping clients find food freedom—where food becomes a source of nourishment and joy, not stress or guilt. Her care style is kind, calming, and empowering. Whether someone is working on energy, digestion, meal planning, or navigating stress, she partners with them to find what works best, in a way that’s doable and sustainable.
Her mission? To help people feel more at home in their bodies—without guilt, confusion, or quick fixes.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a starting point—and she is here to walk with you.
