About

Addie Bramlett, RDN, LDN, CEDS-C, is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders. She has dedicated over a decade to supporting individuals with eating disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, across various higher levels of care.

Addie’s work and philosophy are rooted in evidence-based nutrition therapy and compassionate care. She is especially passionate about helping clients rebuild trust with food and their bodies.

Her work extends beyond direct care to include case consultation, precepting dietetic interns, collaborative program development with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and education on nutrition, eating disorders, and the treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders.

Addie’s passion for nutrition is also influenced by her experience as a former collegiate basketball player and her lifelong connection to sports, which continues to shape her interest in using food as medicine, the body’s resilience, and the importance of prioritizing mental well-being.

She believes that recovery from an eating disorder is an individualized process, best supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, values, and lives.
