About

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me...

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I worked as a collegiate hospitality dietitian, focusing on food allergy management, promoting health and wellness initiatives across the university, and providing one-on-one nutrition counseling to students. In addition, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Bachelor of Arts in Dance from West Virginia University. I also obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Dietetics from Grand Valley State University.

I was called to become a dietitian after many years of dancing and learning how to fuel my body for long rehearsal days alongside a busy lifestyle. My journey wasn’t always straightforward, though—there was a lot of confusion from misinformation on social media, the impacts of diet culture, and constant comparison. Fortunately, after taking the leap to become a dietitian, I was able to embrace research-backed, clear nutrition information. Now, I’m passionate about supporting you on your journey to well-being and helping you build confidence in your nutrition and health habits.

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe that food is not only the energy that sustains our bodies, but also a powerful part of our culture, emotions, and social connections, shaping who we are and how we relate to the world around us.

When I'm not helping my clients create habits they enjoy, you can find me teaching yoga, cooking, exploring the beautiful landscapes of Michigan, or enjoying time with friends at local coffee shops and restaurants.
