About

Alyssa Pacheco is a Registered Dietitian specializing in PCOS nutrition and hormonal health. Her passion for nutrition comes from personal experience. Living with both PCOS and Hashimoto’s has given her a deep understanding of how complex hormones can impact energy, metabolism, fertility and overall well-being. She knows firsthand that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and that sustainable, individualized strategies are key to feeling your best.

Alyssa works closely with clients to address the root causes of PCOS symptoms, including irregular periods, insulin resistance, fatigue, infertility and weight fluctuations. She focuses on providing practical, sustainable, and evidence-based guidance that fits your life, not the other way around.

Alyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. She continues to stay current on the latest research in PCOS, hormonal health, and women’s wellness. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, bringing the same curiosity, balance, and joy to her own life as she does to her clients’ journeys. Alyssa’s mission is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and confident in their ability to take charge of their health—one sustainable habit at a time.
