About Me

Amanda’s interest in nutrition started as a child with multiple family members with diabetes and as a child who was teased about her weight. She knows what it feels like to have people talk negatively about your body. Amanda is passionate about changing those conversations for those affected and for generations to come.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc), disease prevention/wellness, and nutrition for conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. Amanda has additional passion for Intuitive Eating.

Amanda believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach. She feels that everyone deserves to enjoy life and make peace with food and your body.

Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Science in Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary. In addition, she a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor (RYT 500), and completed Health Coach training through Well Coaches.

Amanda enjoys time with her family, friends, and traveling.
