Amelia’s journey into nutrition and wellness began with professional culinary training as a chef and pastry chef. She developed a deep understanding of food beyond its flavors—focusing on its impact on health and well-being. She even owned a bakery specializing in customized, allergy-friendly baked goods.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. With nearly 23 years of experience in the hospitality and nutrition industries, she has spent the last 13 years as a Registered Dietitian, working across prominent hospitals, schools, private practice, and top online health and wellness platforms. This diverse background allows her to blend science-based nutrition with practical, real-world applications, ensuring her clients receive both expert guidance and realistic strategies for long-term success.
In her free time, Amelia enjoys hiking and camping in the mountains, walking on the beach, and exploring nature as a way to recharge and stay active. She believes that our bodies were meant to move daily and is a huge advocate for strength training. She also loves experimenting in the kitchen, constantly refining recipes and creating innovative, nutrient-dense meals. Additionally, she is passionate about homeschooling her daughter, fostering a love for learning through a hands-on, personalized approach.
