About

Along with being a Registered Dietitian, I’m also an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, which allows me to take a whole-person approach to health—combining the power of nutrition, movement, and behavior change. I use a coaching-based style that puts you in the driver’s seat, helping you build confidence and create lasting habits that work in real life—not just on paper.

I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including as a WIC nutritionist, a health coach for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and as both an exercise physiologist and dietitian in cardiac rehab and clinical weight management.

Most recently, I completed a dietitian coaching fellowship through All Access Dietitians, where I deepened my skills in using a coach approach to support behavior change. This client-centered method creates a more personalized and empowering experience, helping people stay engaged and make progress that lasts. During the fellowship, I supported clients managing a range of chronic conditions, including diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, and early-stage kidney disease.

In every role, I’ve seen the power of small, realistic changes—and I’m here to help you make those changes in a way that feels doable, sustainable, and true to your personal goals.
