About
Amy Schomann is a registered dietitian and wellness advocate with over 25 years of experience helping women feel confident, energized, and in control of their health. She’s passionate about this work because she’s seen how taking charge of your health can transform your whole life—boosting confidence, creating more energy, and opening the door to adventure and new opportunities. Over her career, she has helped hundreds of women experience these kinds of changes, and she loves guiding clients to create lifestyle habits that make them feel their best.
Amy believes true wellness goes beyond food, looking at nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and self-care to create lasting, whole-life improvements. She works with each client to create a plan that fits their life, focusing on small, practical steps that build momentum and improve overall well-being—not just what’s on the plate.
She combines clinical expertise with real-world experience as an acute-care hospital dietitian, wellness coach, and former personal trainer. For a little “street cred,” she scored in the 99th percentile on her RD board exam and graduated with top honors from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, including the Outstanding Dietetics Student and Top Leadership Awards.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys decorating her home in Wisconsin, relaxing with her four cats, catching up on Netflix, or enjoying a glass of red wine. She’s a mom to twin college boys and a teenage daughter and loves traveling whenever she can (she recently ran the Disney Marathon!). Amy brings the same warmth, energy, and practical mindset to her clients as she does to her own life—and she looks forward to helping them feel their best.
