About

Amy Wagner is a Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health, with expertise in PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), insulin resistance, and other hormonal and endocrine concerns. Her own journey with PCOS gives her a unique perspective that blends clinical expertise with personal understanding, allowing her to support women with both evidence-based guidance and genuine empathy. She helps women take control of their symptoms and achieve sustainable, long-term improvements in their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support metabolic and hormonal balance. Her work focuses on improving insulin sensitivity and A1c levels, supporting sustainable weight loss, regulating cycles and hormones, reducing symptoms such as acne and unwanted hair growth (hirsutism), and helping women restore their energy, endurance, and overall well-being while protecting their long-term health from the complications of unmanaged PCOS.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a Master’s degree in Community Nutrition, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and completed a Dietetic Internship through Morrison Healthcare prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian. She worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian in the hospital setting for several years, caring for adult patients across many areas of nutrition including tube feeding and nutrition support, diabetes education, dialysis and transplant nutrition, wound care, cardiovascular disease, bariatrics, and oncology nutrition. After several years working in acute care, Amy moved abroad and earned a Master’s degree in Gastronomy: World Food Cultures and Mobility from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy, where she deepened her expertise in Mediterranean lifestyle and nutrition.

Her mission is to help you feel empowered, confident, and in control of your health. Using evidence-based nutrition and a non-diet, intuitive eating approach, Amy guides you in building sustainable habits within a repeatable framework that you can apply anywhere—without restriction or obsessive tracking. By shifting the focus away from calorie and carb restriction and toward improving insulin sensitivity and hormone balance, she helps her clients achieve lasting, sustainable results and long-term success.
