About

Andrea Quintanilla’s interest in nutrition began through her own experiences with sports, fitness, and metabolic health, which led her to better understand how powerful nutrition can be for both physical performance and overall well-being. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through food.

With training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, Andrea supports clients with a variety of conditions including diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular health, and weight management. She has a particular passion for metabolic health, sports nutrition, and women’s health, and enjoys working with clients who want to improve their relationship with food while achieving realistic and sustainable goals.

Andrea believes that all people deserve access to compassionate, personalized nutrition care and practices with a collaborative, non-judgmental approach. She enjoys helping each client find strategies that fit their lifestyle, culture, and preferences, while building habits that feel sustainable long-term.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Boston University and completed her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition in Spain.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, finding new coffee shops, and running.
