About

Growing up in a Polish and Italian family, food was always at the center of every holiday, gathering, and social event, with plenty of great cooks in the kitchen. Food meant joy and celebration. I often say I didn’t go into the field of nutrition because I don’t like to eat! I earned my degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and have developed a passion for helping parents and young athletes fuel their bodies properly. As a mom of two active kids—a competition dancer and a multi-sport athlete—I understand the challenges of balancing nutrition with a busy, active lifestyle.

In 2019, I experienced a mentally tough pregnancy with my second child, followed by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic just four months later. Keeping two young children entertained while adjusting to postpartum life was a struggle, and I found myself navigating changes in my body image and relationship with food.

My approach to nutrition is rooted in non-judgemental, individualized, and ongoing support. I’ve completed the Monash University 'Low FODMAP Diet for IBS' online training course for health professionals, and with a strong clinical background, I provide evidence-based care for a variety of health conditions, including weight management, IBS, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, women’s health, sports nutrition, and more.
