Hi, my name is Anna. I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating and weight management- emphasizing nutrition for mental health and nervous system regulation.

A little about me is I am from Portland, OR, but have lived in many different parts of the world and love traveling. My interest in nutrition and wellness began as a teenager- I was at war with my body and food. This struggle led me to become an RDN. I worked in Harlem, New York at a metabolic clinic for some years and obtained my diabetes education license along with certifications in teaching yoga, meditation, and somatic exercises. It took time and inner work, but eventually I could speak from a place of true wisdom and clarity.

For the past 3 years, I have been counseling individuals to build self-awareness and make behavior change. I also host healing/wellness retreats in Colombia and Mexico for parts of the year and enjoy writing short stories in my free time. I would love to help guide you in your journey! =D
