About

Before becoming a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Through this program, I completed a comprehensive dietetic internship that gave me hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, community outreach, and long-term care—all grounded in an evidence-based, research-focused approach.

I chose to become a dietitian because I believe prevention is key and it starts with nourishing food and sustainable habits. With a background in health sciences, I’ve seen firsthand the powerful impact nutrition can have on overall health. My goal is to guide and empower you on your wellness journey, helping you cut through misinformation and build confidence in your ability to listen to and nourish your body.

As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll provide encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your goals. My areas of focus include weight management, body recomposition, and fostering a positive relationship with food and daily habits. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to support your unique path to health and balance.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in the gym, teaching Pilates, or watching Razorback sports with my husband (and probably looking for an iced coffee). I believe balanced eating should be convenient, enjoyable, and full of flavor—and I can’t wait to share that philosophy with you!
