Anna has experience working in eating disorder treatment across multiple levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
Anna believes all foods can have a place in a balanced eating pattern. Using motivational interviewing, she ensures that nutrition counseling stays client-centered and aligned with each person’s values and goals.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys being outdoors, whether that’s walking or tossing a frisbee with her yellow lab, Cedar, browsing local farmers markets and plant shops, or getting lost in a good fiction book.
