About

I have always loved food and exploring its impact on the human body, as well as learning about different cultures and their unique culinary traditions. As a bilingual Registered Dietitian fluent in Spanish, I focus on empowering individuals and families to improve their health through culturally inclusive, intuitive eating practices. With expertise in community nutrition and clinical care, I prioritize adding nutrient-dense foods and embracing balance over restriction, helping my clients build sustainable and fulfilling lifestyles. My education in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Northridge, and hands-on experience with organizations like CalFresh, PHFE WIC, Head Start, and APLA Health have shaped my mission to make nutrition accessible and empowering for all.

Outside of my work, I love staying active and exploring the outdoors. Running, hiking, and discovering new foods are some of my favorite pastimes, and I enjoy frequenting farmer’s markets to connect with local growers to find vibrant ingredients. Whether working with clients or immersing myself in culinary and cultural experiences, I am committed to fostering wellness, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the role food plays in our lives.
