About Me

Food lover, body-positive dietitian, and former chronic dieter at your service!

For as long as I can remember, I felt self-conscious about my body. My weight fluctuated, and I constantly heard comments about my size - never feeling like I was “just right.” That led to years of yo-yo dieting, chasing the next trend, reading every nutrition book I could find, and trying to “fix” myself with food.

Eventually, through formal education (and a lot of unlearning), I discovered there’s no perfect diet, no quick fix, and no one-size-fits-all plan. Nutrition is deeply personal and shaped by our access, culture, values, stress levels, sleep, and more.

Most importantly, I learned that the “perfect” body is the one where you feel your best - nourished, energized, and at peace.

Now, I help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust with food, and support their hormonal health through all of life’s transitions. Whether it's navigating irregular cycles, fertility struggles, or feeling out of sync with your body, I’m here to guide you toward balance, strength, and food freedom.
