About Me

Ausrine Paulauskaite’s interest in nutrition began during her competitive running and triathlon days, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of food on performance and recovery. Her fascination with the connection between diet and health deepened as she pursued her studies. Ausrine’s training in dietetics enables her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness. She also has a special passion for gut health and sports nutrition, inspired by her love for sports and her desire to help others optimize their health and performance.

Ausrine believes that all people deserve compassionate and individualized nutritional care. She practices with a collaborative and empathetic approach, helping each client find small, sustainable changes that fit their lifestyle and lead to lasting success. She enjoys guiding clients to discover their unique path to better health and a more positive relationship with food.

Ausrine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Francisco State University and has over seven years of experience in the field.

Outside of work, Ausrine is a self-proclaimed food nerd who loves to cook and bake, experiment with new recipes, and dive into the latest nutrition research. When she’s not in the kitchen or reading, you can find her rock climbing, teaching yoga, or spending time outdoors in Chattanooga, TN.
