About Me
Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.
That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.
Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.
Before you go, here are a few things about me...
Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Central Washington University. I also had the honor of completing a Sports Nutrition fellowship at Colorado State University.
After spending most of my schooling being an athlete and working with them, it was blatantly clear that there was a large gap in evidence-based nutrition information for this population. Access to misinformation is available more than ever with social media. Misinformation can lead to activities that could lead to negative long-term effects. I believe everyone has the right to accessible evidence-based information in order to make informed decisions for themselves!
In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe that with knowledge, comes strength. Using the Dietitian Coach approach allows for us to work as a team to build each other up, rather than the outdated "I talk, you listen," method. With my coaching approach, you will see that you have the power take the reins and carve out your own wellness and performance journey.
When I'm not helping my clients create habits they enjoy, I spend my time hiking the Rockies, weightlifting, reading, and riding my horse. I often fill my time doing activities where I enjoy moving my body or channeling the creative side of my brain!
