About
Before joining All Access Dietitians as a Dietitian Coach, I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and preventative care.
However, my path to becoming a dietitian wasn’t linear—it was born out of frustration with the endless noise of diet culture and the lack of trustworthy, science-backed guidance available to women. After years in a high-pressure administrative career, I realized how deeply stress, burnout, and misinformation can impact women’s health. That realization inspired me to study nutrition from the inside out—so I could help women rebuild trust in their bodies and make empowered, sustainable choices grounded in both science and intuition.
While I am an expert in nutrition, my approach is rooted in the coach philosophy—not the traditional “expert tells, client follows” model. Experts like doctors, dietitians, or physical therapists can provide specific recommendations, but coaching is about collaboration. This is a space for you to share your goals, your vision, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll turn those into lasting habits that support your health and your life. I may know nutrition, but you are the expert on your body—and my role is to be your teammate, accountability partner, and cheerleader along the way.
When you start working with me, my first priority is to get to know you—not just what’s written on a form, but your story, your routines, and the barriers that hold you back. From there, we’ll use your own language and values to shape realistic, meaningful goals. You’ll never receive a one-size-fits-all plan here—this is a partnership built on respect, curiosity, and progress that fits into real life.
Outside of nutrition, I’m passionate about movement, mindfulness, and creating daily rituals that support balance in a fast-paced world. You’ll often find me exploring new farmers’ markets, watching low-budget sci-fi movies, or enjoying quiet mornings with a matcha latte and a good book.
