About

Blaklee Scott, RD, became a dietitian after witnessing firsthand the impact nutrition and lifestyle can have on health and quality of life. Her passion began when her grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, where Blaklee took on the role of caregiver—planning meals, incorporating exercises to keep the brain engaged, and offering daily support. Later, when her other grandmother faced a cancer diagnosis, Blaklee provided nutritional guidance to help her stay strong during treatment. These experiences shaped not only her career choice, but also her belief that food is more than just fuel—it is a tool for healing, connection, and support.

Blaklee’s philosophy as a dietitian is rooted in compassion and sustainability. She meets each client exactly where they are, honoring their unique challenges and goals, while helping them build realistic and lasting habits. Her approach focuses on encouragement, education, and practical strategies that make healthy living both attainable and empowering.

Her specialties include chronic disease prevention and management, oncology nutrition, cognitive health and brain support, weight management, and sustainable meal planning.
