For women ages 18-50 who feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, starting over every Monday, experience food guilt, constant food thoughts, and feeling disconnected from their body's hunger, fullness, and nutrition needs.
Together, we'll explore the connection between your nervous system, eating habits, body cues, and relationship with food. Using evidence-based nutrition, mindfulness practices, and sustainable behavior change strategies, you'll learn to reconnect with your hunger and fullness signals, build self-trust, and create eating habits that feel supportive rather than restrictive.
