About
Breanne Balser, RDN, LDN, MB-EAT-P is a mindful-eating dietitian who helps people heal their relationship with food, break the yo-yo dieting cycle, and relearn how to eat based on their body’s unique needs — for good!
If you feel like you’re constantly starting and stopping new diets — and you’re fed up trying to figure out what works because the diets aren’t — I’m a great fit for you. 💛
Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with mindfulness, lifestyle coaching, and habit-building. Breanne supports clients through all the factors that influence eating patterns — mindset, stress, sleep, routines, and emotional well-being — helping them create a balanced life that naturally supports their unique needs and goals.
As a certified MB-EAT-P practitioner, she integrates mindfulness practices that strengthen body trust, emotional regulation, and food freedom.
Breanne offers both in-person and virtual sessions and creates a cozy, inclusive, judgment-free space for all individuals, including the LGBTQ+ community. Outside her practice, she enjoys nature adventures with her husband and husky Luna, gardening, and continuing her mindfulness practice and nutrition education.
