About
Brianna’s interest in nutrition started at a young age due to her father's family history of diabetes which later progressed to kidney disease and her grandfather's heart disease. She completed training in Medical Nutrition Therapy and can support clients with a variety of conditions such as (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, etc.) and disease prevention/wellness. Brianna has additional passions for the areas of pre and post-natal nutrition, pediatric nutrition and whole life healthy aging because our health is our most important and precious asset. Brianna is a mother to three girls and has many years of experience breastfeeding, so she understands the challenges mom's face taking care of children while also trying to nourish themselves.
Brianna believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a non-judgmental, empathetic approach. She feels small consistent steps can amount to big changes and what works for one person may not work for another, so she tirelessly works to help each patient find their unique path to meeting their goals. She also understands that we all learn more from mistakes than from perfection.
Brianna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Florida and completed a Master’s Degree in Food Science also from the University of Florida.
Brianna enjoys exercising, reading, movies and any activities or adventures with her children. She also enjoys trying out new recipes.
