About Me

Brittany is a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian based in South Texas. She helps clients navigate nutrition with clarity, confidence, and care. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently pursuing her Certification in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) to further support individuals with weight-related goals. She holds licensure in many states, such as Texas, Georgia, Florida, New York, Nebraska, Oregon, and Montana. Brittany provides individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy tailored to each person’s unique health journey.

With a clinical background spanning weight management and weight loss, cancer care, kidney disease, diabetes and prediabetes, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, and women’s health, Brittany is passionate about empowering her clients to take charge of their well-being. Whether someone is managing a chronic condition, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or simply striving to feel better in their body, she brings empathy, evidence-based guidance, and realistic strategies to every session.

Her approach is rooted in making nutrition sustainable and accessible, helping clients move away from confusion or restriction and toward a lifestyle that feels nourishing and achievable.

Outside of her work, Brittany enjoys staying active on her Peloton Tread+, incorporating strength training into her daily life, baking up new recipes, reading a good book, and catching movies with her husband. She also loves to travel and explore new places whenever she can.
