About
Brooke’s interest in nutrition started after repairing her own relationship with food. Through her own food freedom journey she decided to return to school, learn the science of nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian so she could help others in their journey. She believes having food at the forefront of your mind every day is no way to live, she wants her clients to be able to live in the moment and create memories around who they are with and what they are doing versus what they did or didn’t eat.
Brooke believes everyone deserves to feel good in their body and nourish it well. She practices with a coach approach working alongside her clients guiding them in learning what works best for their own body and lifestyle. There is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. By working on small goals each week Brooke helps guide her clients to find what works best for their bodies and create a sustainable lifestyle together.
Outside of 1:1 nutrition coaching Brooke enjoys spending time with her kids, her family and friends and her dogs, getting lost in a good book with a hot cup of coffee or tea in hand and taking long walks with friends or while listening to a podcast.
