About

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, I earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dietietics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at Rush University Medical Center. During my training, I gained hands-on experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, community settings, and food service settings around the Chicago-land area, which helped shape my clinical foundation and counseling approach.

I chose to become a dietitian through both personal and professional experiences. My own journey toward building a healthier relationship with food deeply influences how I work with clients today and fuels my passion for supporting others in doing the same. I believe effective nutrition care is rooted in empathy, flexibility, and trust. I approach each client with a client-centered, evidence-based mindset, focusing on realistic and sustainable changes. I value celebrating small wins and believe long-term progress comes from consistent, achievable steps.

As your dietitian coach, I provide encouragement, education, and practical tools tailored to each individual’s goals. My areas of focus include improving relationships with food, supporting eating disorder and disordered eating recovery, building sustainable daily habits, and promoting overall well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, exploring Chicago’s food scene, staying active through workout classes, creating food-focused content on Instagram, and traveling. I love finding balance through movement, connection, and enjoying good food with the people I care about.
