Carmen Ordonez, RD, is a Registered Dietitian that completed her internship in dietetics at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Carmen grew up in Texas and has had the opportunity to work for several non-profits that address food insecurity by increasing access to medically tailored meals designed by dietitians, and provide nutrition education in the communities of Harlem, Los Angeles, and Houston. Carmen’s greatest achievement is being a mom. She enjoys volunteering in the community and is passionate about improving health care access to all.
