About Me
Caroline's interest in nutrition started her senior year in high school when she joined the cross country team. This began a journey during her young adult years of working towards making healthier food choices & improving her health. Another impactful in her life that helped her decide to pursue a career in nutrition is when her dad suffered and recovered from a heart attack at a young age. This helped her realize the importance of how nutritional choices can impact an individual's overall health. She pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition during college. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to counsel patients with various conditions, and her favorite part of being a dietitian is cheering clients along in their nutritional journeys! She understands that this journey can be difficult at times, but she will be there to guide, encourage, and make adjustments as needed. Every journey is different, but it is always joyful to see clients set and achieve their personal goals. The reason she became a dietitian is because she wanted to help others and she can't wait to meet you! She can support clients through their journeys of weight loss, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and general health/wellness. She also has experience working with pediatrics.
Caroline practices with an empathetic listening ear. She will work alongside you to provide accountability and encouragement.
Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Ouachita Baptist University and then completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors, going on adventures with her family, and enjoying time with friends.
