About Me

Catherine Howard is a dietitian, health coach, and owner of Catherine Howard Wellness. She works with a broad variety of clients and her specialty is in coaching busy professionals who want to heal their relationship with food and their body so they can stress less and focus more on what means the most to them.

Catherine's approach to health and wellness involves shifting focus away from weight and diets so you can instead develop habits that support overall health. By experimenting to find what works best for you and how to consistently be set up with what you need, you’ll gradually change your habits related to stress management, sleep, time management, eating and physical activity. You’ll also learn how to continue your healthy lifestyle for the long-term.

Outside of work you'll likely find Catherine cooking, baking, practicing yoga, hiking, cycling with her husband, thrift store shopping or enjoying local food and drinks in the Pacific Northwest.
