About Me

Meet Chantelle Raines, RDN

Chantelle Raines is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in bariatrics, weight management, insulin resistance, PCOS, type 2 diabetes, and low carb diets. Her passion for nutrition stems from personal family health challenges such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, family history of gastric bypass, and heart disease. Her goal is to guide clients using behavior change, focusing on sustainable shifts in habits and mindful choices so that eating feels both nourishing and enjoyable.

She helps clients:

-Reach sustainable weight-loss and weight-management goals.

-Stabilize blood sugar and navigate diabetes.

-Prepare for bariatric surgery with clearances and pre-op plans.

-Thrive post bariatric surgery with tailored nutrition strategies.

-Order and assess nutrition related labs.

-As a fellow medical zebra, she is able to relate and help manage the accompanying symptoms that come with POTS, EDS, fibromyalgia, and -chronic pain.

-Manage GI symptoms of IBS, GERD, and SIBO.

-Support your nutrition on a low carb, and/or ketogenic diet.

In her free time, Chantelle enjoys reading, gardening, photography, travel and hiking with her husband and son. Chantelle earned a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of North Florida, and completed her dietetic internship at Tulane University in New Orleans. She grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and spent most of her career as a Registered Dietitian in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a military spouse she gets to experience different regions and is currently living in Washington State.

Her caring, whole‑person approach, reflects her commitment to empowering clients with personalized and sustainable nutrition solutions.
