About

Chelsea’s interest in nutrition began in 2014, when becoming a mother inspired her to truly pay attention to how she was nourishing herself and her daughter. What started as a personal journey quickly evolved into a deep appreciation for the power of food — how the right nutrients can sustain, heal, and bring joy.

In 2024, Chelsea earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy has equipped her to support clients with a wide range of conditions, including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, autoimmune disorders, women’s health concerns, hypothyroidism, GERD, arthritis, anxiety, and depression, as well as those seeking disease prevention and general wellness.

Chelsea has a special passion for helping individuals manage prediabetes, cholesterol levels, and mental health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care.

She believes that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality nutritional support. Chelsea practices with empathy and collaboration at the core — working alongside each client to develop realistic, sustainable goals tailored to their unique lifestyle, personal preferences, and challenges.

A military spouse originally from Maine, Chelsea has spent much of the past 13 years living overseas in England and Okinawa, Japan, and now calls Colorado home. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, cheering on the Boston Celtics, spending time with her husband and two children, and listening to Taylor Swift with her two cats, Suki and Mochi, curled up on her lap.
