About

Hi there! I’m Chloe, a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CNS) with a Master’s in Functional Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. I help clients cultivate happy hormones, optimize fertility, and find relief from conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, metabolic dysfunction, and gut imbalances. My work lives at the intersection of functional, evidence-based science and a holistic view of health—one that considers not only what we eat, but also how we live, move, and show up in the world.

My personal journey fueled my passion for women’s health, and now I’m here to empower you on yours. I believe in the transformative power of food as medicine, and my philosophy is rooted in balance: all foods can fit, and nutrition should feel empowering, not restrictive. I don’t subscribe to diet culture, major food restrictions, or the latest diet craze. Instead, I focus on helping clients introduce as many foods as possible, especially those with therapeutic benefits, while making meals both nutrient-dense and enjoyable.

Outside of work, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new ingredients, geeking out on the health-promoting benefits of food, or cooking meals for friends and family. Plants have always been the foundation of my diet, but I believe nourishment should be flexible, creative, and deeply personal.

With extensive experience supporting the PCOS population, I also help clients navigate blood sugar regulation, often using continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data to guide sustainable changes. Whether you’re struggling with irregular cycles, digestive disturbances, fatigue, or simply feeling lost in the sea of nutrition information, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and create a personalized plan that truly works for you.
