Christa's interest in nutrition in high school, when she realized her love for science and passion for helping others could blend with a career in nutrition.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic disorders and disease prevention/wellness. Christa has additional passion for treating clients with disordered eating and weight concerns, because of the life-changing outcomes she has seen clients achieve.

Christa believes that all people deserve nutritional care with a straightforward and compassionate approach. She feels that with open, active communications, her clients succeed in their nutrition goals!

Christa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Russell Sage College and completed a Master’s Degree from The Sage Colleges.

Christa enjoys chasing waterfalls, cheering for her kids on the field/court, and hanging out with her tabby and calico.
