I’ve been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for over 20 years and have had the privilege of gaining diverse and unique experiences throughout my career. I’ve worked in corporate wellness and was honored to be the first dietitian at Walt Disney World's onsite clinic. After launching my private practice, Prime Wellness, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including those managing diabetes, autoimmune conditions, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and those seeking support with sports nutrition, among other health goals.
In addition, I’ve served as a consulting dietitian for several startups, helping them develop and launch their nutrition programs. My true passion lies in working one-on-one with clients—creating personalized plans, offering clear, practical guidance, and providing the support and accountability they need to succeed.
