About Me
Christina’s interest in nutrition began at a very young age - she grew up on a 3rd generation farm, her mother made all her baby food from scratch, and her birthday cakes were sugar free. She loved to spend time with her grandma Peaches in the garden and in her 7th grade art class she created a 3-D version of an “improved” USDA food pyramid.
She has a 10+ year background in the health and wellness world. In addition to working as a dietitian and health coach, she has created and implemented health and fitness programs and has written blogs for health and wellness companies. Her specialities include weight management and intuitive eating and she has helped hundreds of people feel better and improve their relationship with food. She is also very familiar with SIBO and how to prevent re-occurrence. She strives to help people find balance and feel better in a fun, supportive, and approachable way.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado, and received her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences with a Business minor from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
In her free time, Christina enjoys reading, doing yoga, playing with her animals, going on walks, hula hooping, dancing, making homemade bath and beauty products, and getting trapped in an occasional You-Tube vortex.
