About Me
Christine became interested in nutrition in high school where as a three sport athlete she realized the importance of nutrition for athletic performance. She completed a master's degree in exercise science and sports nutrition in 2018. In her personal life, she has run many half marathons and will be running the Chicago Marathon in Fall 2024. She loves helping other runners or athletes (from gym goers to triathletes to team sport athletes) create a fueling and recovery plan that works for them!
In addition to her passion for sports nutrition, she has extensive (~12 years) training in medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and is well versed in MNT for a variety of medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, thyroid conditions, IBD, etc.) She was most recently at the University of Chicago Medical Center and Community Healthcare Systems providing MNT and nutrition counseling.
Christine is passionate about helping you along your health and wellness journey, collaborating with you to make practical and sustainable lifelong changes. She realizes nutrition is not one-size-fits-all and takes an individualized approach with each client.
In her spare time, she loves running, weight training, yoga, and just being outdoors. She is a busy mom of two little girls and loves to travel and try new recipes.
