About Me

Christine Yip is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Her interest in nutrition began at a young age after meeting with a dietitian to manage her own health and witnessing her grandmother’s struggles with Diabetes. These early experiences inspired her to pursue a career helping others improve their health through balanced, sustainable nutrition. Christine is especially passionate about supporting expecting women with Gestational Diabetes and helping individuals manage blood sugar, achieve a healthy weight, support heart health, and enhance overall wellness.

Christine is fluent in Cantonese and has a deep appreciation for Asian cuisine. She is passionate about helping individuals enjoy their favorite cultural foods while building sustainable, health-supportive habits. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, balance, and flexibility—guiding you to take charge of your health without giving up the foods you love. She firmly believes in fostering a positive, stress-free relationship with food—no restrictive diets necessary.

Fun fact: Christine loves donuts just as much as she loves fruit salad!

Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health from New York University, and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Long Island University.

Outside of work, Christine is a proud mom to a spunky little boy and an energetic pup. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, trying new foods, and nurturing her love for houseplants—at one point, she had a collection of over 100!
