About Me

Cindy has been a Registered Dietitian for 30+ years and recently became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer. She enjoys helping get lean, fit, and strong and live long healthy lives. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions including cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and overweight/obesity.

Cindy believes that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and practices with a HAES-informed approach. She is a certified intuitive eating counselor and enjoys helping her clients find their personal path to optimal health and wellness.

Cindy is a runner and Ironman triathlete and has extensive experience working with endurance athletes.

Cindy graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Kansas and completed her Master’s Degree from Kansas State University in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She then went on to get her doctorate in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University.

Cindy enjoys hiking, biking, running, and spending time with family and friends.
