Colleen specializes in empowering her clients to improve energy levels, support hormone health, and fuel their bodies in alignment with their fitness and wellness goals. Whether it’s addressing challenges like low energy, irregular cycles, or body image struggles, she uses evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle. Through personalized guidance, Colleen helps women not only improve their performance, but also develop the confidence to thrive in all areas of their lives.

In addition to her B.S in Dietetics from UVM, Colleen is currently pursuing an M.S. in Sports Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph and has completed her dietetic internship while working full-time in biotech. Outside of work, she’s a fitness enthusiast who has run multiple marathons and enjoys activities like spin classes, Pilates, and strength training. She balances her active lifestyle with a love for good food, a great playlist, and the occasional boozy brunch, embracing the belief that you can work hard while enjoying life to the fullest.
