About

Colleen's interest in nutrition started when she was deep in the world of running and found herself using food restriction as a way to control her body. She thought punishing workouts and rigid “clean eating” were the path to success, but instead, she was shrinking her potential. Today, she uses that experience to fuel her work: helping clients heal the food noise, trust their bodies, and build performance that feels good.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy enables her to support clients across a spectrum — from sports nutrition and hormone health to cardiovascular wellness, metabolic balance, and long-term disease prevention.

Colleen has a special passion for working with active women and runners who feel trapped in the cycle of under-fueling, guilt, perfectionism, and that constant mental battle over food and body image. She loves digging into mindset work, intuitive eating foundations, and the intersection of physiology + behavior, because to her, change that lasts comes from repairing both the body and the brain.

Colleen believes that everyone deserves a relationship with food that’s grounded in peace, purpose, and truth. Her approach is no-BS, science-driven, and deeply compassionate. She gets it because she’s walked through the food wars, and she’s committed to helping you find clarity, strength, and freedom in your own journey.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont in 2019.
