Hi there! I’m Crystal Jones, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. My journey into this field began with my passion for helping others cut through the noise around food and nutrition. I know how overwhelming it can be to sift through conflicting information online, especially for busy individuals. My goal is to help you fuel your body and reclaim a positive relationship with food, allowing you to thrive in your daily life.
I primarily work with recreational athletes who are looking to find balance in their eating habits, whether they are aiming for muscle building, fat loss, or simply food freedom. Many of my clients come to me feeling confused about what to eat and how to navigate their nutritional goals, and I’m here to help you clarify those choices.
My specialties include women’s health, sports nutrition, and addressing weight concerns. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, focusing on what works best for you as an individual. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore your current relationship with food, discuss your goals, and create a personalized plan that feels achievable and motivating.
Together, we’ll build sustainable habits that not only improve your physical health but also enhance your overall well-being. Clients can expect clarity in their food choices, as well as practical advice tailored to their unique lifestyles. When I'm not working, you can find me running, hiking, or lifting weights, often with my baby cat Luna by my side. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to health and vitality!
