Dalina Soto, MA, RD, LDN, is a Latina and bilingual Registered Dietitian who champions the celebration of cultural foods without guilt or restriction. Growing up in a Dominican family, Dalina has always embraced the deep connections between food, culture, and identity. Her mission is to help others nourish themselves by building new narratives around food that honor tradition and flavor, without the need for deprivation.
With a strong presence on social media, Dalina has built a community of over 300,000 followers who are inspired by her outspoken advocacy and educational content. She actively teaches the importance of reclaiming and enjoying the foods we love—like white rice—while empowering her audience to incorporate them into their lives with confidence and awareness. Dalina's work has taken her across the country, where she has spoken on these topics, collaborated with advocacy groups to develop impactful campaigns.
Dalina's debut book, "The Latina Anti-Diet: A Dietitian's Guide to Authentic Health that Celebrates Culture and Full-Flavor Living," is set to be published in March 2025. This work encapsulates her philosophy and serves as a guide for those looking to embrace authentic health by celebrating their cultural heritage through food.
Residing in Philadelphia, Dalina earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences from PennState University and her Master's Degree in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University.
