About
I was drawn to medicine because I wanted to understand not only how the body becomes sick, but also how we can help people stay healthy in the first place. My background in biochemistry, family medicine, and sports medicine has shaped the way I think about health: the body is interconnected, and many of the conditions we treat are influenced by the way we eat, move, sleep, and live.
Over the years, I’ve become particularly passionate about nutrition as a foundation of health. Food is more than calories—it can influence energy, metabolic health, physical performance, mood, longevity, and quality of life. Yet I’ve also seen how difficult it can be for patients to translate nutrition advice into practical, sustainable changes in their everyday lives.
That is what inspires me to focus on nutrition: helping people move beyond restrictive diets and toward healthier habits they can actually maintain. I believe nutrition should be personalized, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and realistic for each individual’s lifestyle.
My experience in family medicine and sports medicine has taught me that successful healthcare is not simply about treating a diagnosis. It is about understanding the person behind the diagnosis and giving them the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take control of their health.
Today, my passion is bringing together medicine, nutrition, physical activity, and technology to make preventive and personalized healthcare more accessible. My goal is to help people not just live longer, but feel better, perform better, and enjoy a healthier life.
