I have been interested in nutrition since my early twenties due to a constant personal battle with obesity. I'd lost and regained weight multiple times in my 20s and 30s. Finally as I approached my 40th year and had seen the highest weight of my life, I did a more wholesale change to my diet and lifestyle en route to a transformational 115 lb weight loss.

Given how much this transformation had changed my life, I decided to change my career into dietetics from a previously successful stint as an electrical engineer. I've now been working as a dietitian for 9 years, counseling and educating adult clients on healthy nutrition and successful strategy and ongoing motivational support for weight loss. My focus is to meet client goals via evidence-based care, never fads. I look forward to working with you!
