About Me

Diana became passionate about nutrition after realizing how much it impacts every aspect of life—energy levels, mental clarity, hormones, and even longevity. She believes that food is more than just fuel; it’s a powerful tool for healing and optimizing health. Frustrated by the one-size-fits-all approach in conventional nutrition, Diana pursued a deeper understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, leading her to specialize in functional and holistic nutrition.

With training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, Diana helps clients uncover root causes and creates personalized, science-backed strategies that fit each person’s lifestyle. She helps support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, weight management and more. Her goal is to help clients feel their best—not just temporarily, but for life.

Diana believes that health isn’t about perfection but about balance and long-term sustainability. She takes a compassionate, practical approach, helping clients make realistic changes that feel good both physically and mentally. Whether it’s helping clients with a specific condition or general nutrition, she empowers clients with knowledge and tools to take control of their health.

Diana earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. She went on to do her dietetic internship at Pepperdine University and is currently completing her IFNCP (Integrative and Functional Care Practitioner) certification to further deepen her expertise in functional nutrition.

When not working with clients, Diana loves starting the day with a long run by the beach, playing soccer with friends, or trying a new recipe. She also enjoys deepening her faith, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good book.
